We are happy to arrange appointments online or by phone. Our phone hours are 8 AM to 5 PM. For dental hygiene, we recommend scheduling your next appointment at the practice immediately after your cleaning.
fees
Since 1976, dental fees in Switzerland have been calculated according to the fee schedule established by the Swiss Dental Association (SSO). The fee schedule includes around 500 individual services, each assigned a defined number of tariff points. The cost in Swiss francs is calculated by multiplying the number of tariff points by the applicable tariff point value.
At our practice, the tariff point value is CHF 1.14 for adults and CHF 1.00 for children and adolescents up to the age of 18.
It is very important to us that your visit to our dental practice is a positive experience. This includes comprehensive advice on the necessity and course of treatment, as well as a detailed and transparent cost estimate. Diagnostic examinations, including any necessary X-rays or further tests, are billed in accordance with DENTOTAR.
payment
We reserve the right to assess our patients’ creditworthiness. Should the assessment be unfavourable, treatment will only be provided against immediate payment.
You can conveniently settle your bill directly after treatment at our practice using all major credit cards or Maestro. Payments made with Maestro are eligible for a 2% discount.
If you prefer to pay in instalments, we offer flexible options for settling your bill. Up to three appointments may be paid for in interest-free instalments. From the fourth appointment onwards, a small interest charge will apply. Please speak to us, and we will find a suitable solution for you.
Please note that a processing fee of CHF 10 will be charged from the second reminder onwards. From the third reminder onwards, the matter will be referred to a professional debt collection agency. Should you wish to make a partial payment, please do not hesitate to contact us.

As with all medical treatments, even with the greatest care, the success of dental treatment cannot be guaranteed.
We are confident in the quality of our work and offer a warranty of between one and three years on our services, depending on the type of treatment.
missed appointments
If you are unable to attend an appointment, we kindly ask you to cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, we may have to charge you for the missed appointment.
